Terms & Conditions

Upon acceptance of a quotation we will require a deposit payment to the value of 25% of the order value. 

We will then begin the design process and provide you an artwork for comment

This amount is not refundable as it covers our costs of producing the artwork

Once you are happy with the artwork and provide approval we will charge the full amount prior to putting your order into production. We do this because your order is specific to you and every element has been designed and manufactures specially for you and we are unable to reuse them
